ORDERING AND SHIPPING

  • What is your shipping policy?

    • Within the  continental United States, delivery times are expected to take between 5 - 7 business days. Everywhere else, delievery are expected to take between 5 - 7 business days 7 - 21 business days.
  • Can I change or cancel my order after it has been placed?

    • Orders can be changed and cancelled only if items have not been shipped out yet.
  • How will you be shipping the items?

    • By default, all items are shipped in a bubble mailer. However, small, flexible, flat items such (stickers, small prints, etc.) will ship without a tracking number in an envelope to save on shipping costs. This info can be found in the item's product listing. If you absolutely want tracking to be included for your stickers only or prints only sticker, please contact me.
  • What should I do if I receive a damaged or incorrect item?

    • Replacements and refunds vary on a case by case basis. Please view the Return and Exchanges section below before contacting me. Afterwards, send me a message through the Contact page with the subject line Requesting Product Replacement/Refunds. Include the following in the message:

      -order details
      -reason for request or replacement
      -if you want a refund or replacement

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

  • What is your return policy?

    • Stickers, prints, and digital goods are nonrefundable. Other items are eligible for returns or exchanges within 7 days of recieving the item.
  • How do I return an item?

    • After obtaining the return address from contacting me, return the item and update me with any tracking information which may be available. Refunds are only processed after I have recieved the returned item undamaged.
  • How long does it take to process a return or exchange?

    • Refunds may take up to 14 days to be processed.
  • Are there any items that cannot be returned or exchanged?

    • Paper products, such as stickers and prints, digital goods, and Tracking Info are not ellibigle for refunds.

  • When should I expect a reply to my inquiry?
    • Expect a response 1 to 2 business days. If you have not recieved a response after the second business day, please resend the inquiry.
